Following the Version 1.1 update on P5X, a challenging roguelike mode named “Metro of Desire” has been introduced. This mode offers exciting rewards that can boost your team and provides an opportunity to test your gaming skills. However, as P5X is still in its early phases, not all players have unlocked this feature yet. Here’s a guide on how to gain access to this replayable mode so you can immerse yourself in the action.
How to unlock Metro of Desire in P5X
There are two main requirements for unlocking this mode:
- Wonder must be at least Level 32
- You must have started the second Palace in the main story
In this context, when you initially access the Palace via Mementos during the storyline, it’s considered the “start” of the mode for our purposes, regardless of whether you can fully explore it yet. Afterward, a side mission will pop up in your log guiding you to Lufel. He will then walk you through the tutorial for this specific feature. Upon completing that quest, you’ll have unlimited access to it, as playing doesn’t require Stamina or any other resources.
Once you reach Level 32, consider waiting till Level 35 before starting your initial run. This is because you’ll get access to P5X’s Revelation Cards at Level 35, and these cards will significantly boost your power.
