Like most open-world games, The Outer Worlds 2 features quests that send you searching planets for various items. One of the first you’ll find is ‘In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda,’ where you need to locate 10 vintage Earth Directorate comics hidden around Paradise Island on the planet Eden.

Volume 1 location
Volume 1 is in the abandoned sector of Westport, in a house on the northwestern edge of the area.
Volume 2 location
Volume 2 is on the southernmost edge of Paradise Island, on the front porch of a house on a pier.
Volume 3 location
Volume 3 can also be found on a pier, located on the west side of the island, just a short distance north of the Ministry of Accuracy.
Volume 4 location
To find Volume 4, go to the main entrance of the Vox Relay. Just before you reach it, you’ll see a substation on your right. Enter the substation and walk through to the back, south side, where you can call an elevator. Take the elevator down, exit to the east, and you’ll find a small dock with the volume waiting for you.
Volume 5 location
You can find Volume 5 in a small house to the northeast of the Ministry of Accuracy. It’s located near where a group of farmers are working.
Volume 6 location
You can find Volume 6 on the pier, southeast of Fairfield, right opposite the landing pad.
Volume 7 location
Just west of the Vox Relay, there’s a small group of houses protected by Protectorate soldiers. You’ll need to deal with those soldiers, then head to the easternmost house to find Volume 7.
Volume 8 location
You can find Volume 8 at the Crabbing Tower, which is located on the coast southwest of Fairfield. Simply go to the tower and climb the ladder to reach the small cabin where the volume is located.
Volume 9 location
Okay, so I finally figured out where Volume 9 is! It’s in a house south of Sweet Spire Grove, but heads up – the place is crawling with Raptidons. Seriously, watch out for those things! Once you’re inside, you’ll find the volume right up on the bed.
Volume 10 location
You can find Volume 10 on a pier in the far northwest part of Paradise Island. When you get there, you’ll see Raptidons and Crabbles battling each other. After dealing with them, the volume will be on a table nearby.
In Pursuit of Purloined Propaganda rewards
After collecting all ten volumes, bring them to Redactor Quesnel. Her house is southeast of the Ministry of Accuracy. She’ll reward you with a Pitchball card for the first five volumes, and the Townie Clothing outfit, plus XP and Bits, when you deliver all ten.
