Outer Worlds 2: How to find and erase Cadet Corbin’s Appraisal

The beginning of The Outer Worlds 2 is pretty hectic at Horizon Point, so you might not expect to help a regular Protectorate soldier. However, you may have gotten Cadet Corbin into trouble earlier by convincing him to loosen security. Since the Protectorate doesn’t take kindly to that – potentially leading to a lobotomy – helping him out could be a smart move.

Corbin will grant you access to the main chamber if you do him a favor: find his cadet record on the terminal and remove all of his demerits, preventing him from being punished.

Where to find Cadet Corbin’s Appraisal – Outer Worlds 2

Okay, so once you’ve spoken to de Vires and entered the main chamber, you’ll want to head to the side. You’ll go through a large room filled with research desks and run into some guards. After you get through that room, you’ll find yourself in a hallway. At the end of the hallway are some ramps leading downwards, but before you head down them, take a look to your left – there’s a doorway you’ll want to find!

Go into that room, and you’ll find a terminal in the corner displaying Corbin’s appraisal. From there, it’s your decision. You can follow Corbin’s request and erase his disciplinary marks, effectively clearing his record. Or, you could worsen his situation by adding accusations of negligence or even treason.

No matter what you decide, you’ll complete the mission and earn experience points. Plus, considering how the mission concludes, your choice probably won’t make a big difference.
