As a long-time fan of One-Punch Man, I can confidently say that this series has been a rollercoaster ride of emotions. From the moment I stumbled upon its online manga back in 2009, I was immediately captivated by its unique blend of humor, action, and parody. The anime adaptation by Madhouse in 2015 only served to solidify my love for this franchise.
One-Punch Man” is a manga series created and illustrated by author ONE. It was first published on his personal website starting from June 3, 2009. A manga adaptation, drawn by Yusuke Murata, has been published in Shueisha’s “Tonari no Young Jump” web magazine since June 14, 2012. As of now, a total of 32 volumes have been released.
A television show based on anime, created by Madhouse, has been airing since October 2015. Although there’s a pause in broadcasting, it’s been confirmed that a third season will be released eventually. The producers are frequently giving us hints about the new season, but we’re still waiting for a specific release date, which is quite aggravating.
The latest teaser we’ve received from the production doesn’t, sadly, reveal anything about the release date of the third season, but confirms the return of one of the franchise’s strangest heroes, which is good enough so we’re taking it!
It’s well-known that One-Punch Man gained worldwide popularity swiftly, thanks to its unique style and genuine content. Despite the original art being less than impressive, and the story serving as a humorous take on traditional superhero narratives, fans have embraced this fresh approach. Now, we’re dealing with an international phenomenon, with audiences eagerly anticipating the upcoming third season, though the release date remains undetermined.
Although we’re yet to get the key details about Season 3, the series has been dropping character previews hinting at what’s to come. These glimpses aren’t overly informative, but they do confirm returning characters and unveil some fresh designs. The most recent one is as follows:

You may recall the character, often known as “Pig God,” who is renowned for his ability to consume anything without limit. Previous seasons have introduced glimpses of this character, but it appears that Hero Number 10 will play a more significant role in the upcoming third season, which adds an element of interest.
