Olivia Culpo is on the brink of motherhood for the first time. She recently shared with her followers that she’s expecting her and Christian McCaffrey‘s first child, as new images showcasing her growing belly were unveiled. This joyful announcement arrives a year after their wedding ceremony.
On Monday, the actress from the Cuplo Sisters shared two monochrome pictures on Instagram, where she was dressed in white and holding her growing belly. This update signaled to online viewers that a new member is joining her family soon. She titled the post, “Moving on to the next phase: motherhood.” In addition to these maternity shots, she also posted an adorable video showcasing the making of the photoshoot, featuring her spouse, McCaffrey.
Initially, whispers about her pregnancy swirled as early as October last year, sparked by a photo where Olivia’s husband, Christian, placed his hand on her belly. However, it wasn’t until February that the model officially confirmed the pregnancy with some striking images. Yet, even before these official announcements, fans had already spotted signs when they saw Olivia buying take-out food with her baby bump visible.
Previously crowned beauty queen has consistently expressed her desire for children. In an episode of Culpo Sisters, she openly discussed having kids, stating, “I want to have children, but I want to ensure that I can.” At 32 years old, she had previously harbored concerns about her ability to conceive due to a diagnosis of endometriosis. Undergoing surgery for this condition in 2020, shortly after beginning a relationship with a football star, she acknowledged the potential risks, explaining, “Endometriosis can impact fertility in multiple ways,” and elaborated that it not only affects the “quality of your eggs” but also “scars your fallopian tubes.
In 2025, the couple, who previously experienced high levels of stress, are hopeful that they’ve laid their concerns to rest, as they eagerly anticipate the arrival of their first child together.
