Following the success of the third Now You See Me film, a fourth movie is in the works. Director Ruben Fleischer and the studio are planning to bring back the entire team of magician characters for another adventure, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter. The Now You See Me series follows a group of skilled illusionists known as the Horsemen who pull off daring heists during their performances.
That’s definitely the goal, but with a franchise that has so many characters and stories, it’s a complex undertaking,” Fleischer explained. “We’re carefully planning how to put the next movie together, and that’s what we’re focused on with the fourth film right now.
It’ll likely be some time before Now You See Me 4 is officially confirmed. Whether it happens depends on how well magic-themed movies continue to perform at the box office.
