‘Not A Threat To Me’: Young Thug Prosecutor’s Star Witness Lil Woody Says THIS About The Rapper’s Release

As a dedicated follower of the courtroom drama unfolding in Georgia, I find myself captivated by the enigmatic figure of Kenneth ‘Lil Woody’ Copeland. His life story, marked by trials and tribulations, mirrors a gripping narrative that has kept me on the edge of my seat.

As an ardent admirer, I couldn’t help but share the news that Kenneth ‘Lil Woody’ Copeland, who played a pivotal role as the star witness in Young Thug‘s trial, expressed his heartfelt joy upon hearing about the rapper and the entire YSL crew’s potential freedom post-November 2. On The Donza Project podcast, he openly discussed his lack of apprehension towards Thug’s possible release.

He expressed that he feels no fear towards them because they pose no danger to him, and he doesn’t present a threat to them either. Young Thug confessed to his involvement in criminal gang activity following a lengthy trial, which marked an unforeseen end to Georgia’s longest-running court case. This surprising resolution was primarily due to inconsistent witness testimonies that made it difficult for the state to secure a conviction.

During August, Copeland’s behavior in the court trial gained widespread attention online, largely because of his repeated use of “I don’t recall” in response to questions about crucial aspects of the case while under cross-examination.

Later on in the same month, Woody released a track titled after one of his well-known sayings and began offering related merchandise such as scarves and t-shirts. In the podcast where he appeared, Woody confessed that he experienced a difficult period in his life where he succumbed to some inner struggles.

“People say, ‘oh, he a killer.’ No, bro. When them demons get to you, n***as can say whatever they want. I know y’all ain’t been in my position. I ain’t got no point to prove to y’all,” he said. When asked whether he ever sat down with Young Thug, he denied commenting on it. According to him, god had a “unique” way of doing things, and what was meant was meant. “I love Thug, I love Shannon, I love Yak, Quay, I love all them boys,” he said. Adding that if they feel some type of way about him, all he can do is ask for forgiveness from god and move on. “I ain’t looking to do nothing to nobody,” he added.
