It’s not surprising at all that Glaser has been chosen to host the awards once more next year, considering she’s inked a three-year deal with the Globes. According to Deadline, she mentioned this during her chat with Howard Stern. The agreement is expected to boost her earnings for the upcoming event compared to this year’s $400,000.
Now, it’s confirmed as both CBS and the Golden Globes have officially declared on Thursday that the comedian will be the host for the upcoming award ceremony in 2026.
After our conversation following the wrap-up of the Golden Globes, she shared that hosting this year’s event was undeniably the most enjoyable experience of her career. Consequently, she expressed eagerness to host it again. However, there’s a twist; this time, she’s looking forward to the opportunity in front of The White Lotus team, hoping they will acknowledge her talent at last.
In a jovial manner, Nikki playfully hinted at wanting a role in season four of the HBO show, possibly portraying a Scandinavian Pilates instructor with a mysterious past. While it’s uncertain if series creator Mike White will take notice, fans are certainly hoping for another round of Nikki’s witty monologues in 2026. This year, she amusingly requested Ariana Grande to keep her finger while dressed as Glinda, mirroring the humorous “holding space” interview between Cynthia and Grande.
