Filming started in Megara in September 2024. During the shoot, Nicolas Cage apparently had a scary experience with a bee swarm while filming in one of the caves.
In May Magnolia Pictures acquired U.S. distribution rights for the film, according to sources.
The first look at the new series sets a creepy and suspenseful mood, combining a family’s struggles with frightening supernatural events. The preview suggests a compelling and unsettling story that reimagines an old myth in a scary way.
