In accordance with People Magazine’s report, on a Tuesday, namely July 20th, I chose to file lawsuits against Jony Ceballos, Deborah ‘Deb’ Gittleman, and HoundSpa LLC in the Supreme Court of New York, specifically within Westchester County.

According to the published report, Nicola’s court filings claim that Ceballos intentionally and cruelly mistreated dogs, which allegedly led to the death of her dog.

As a devoted admirer, I can’t help but express my outrage over HoundSpa and Gittleman being accused of such irresponsible and malicious behavior. They’ve been called out for hiring Ceballos, who allegedly has a history of mistreating animals, even going so far as to abuse them on multiple occasions. This is simply unacceptable!

On June 15, it was reported that Nala passed away just two hours after being groomed by Ceballos in a mobile grooming station outside the actress’s home. This unfortunate event was due to her critical injuries and deteriorating health condition.

Lola’s beloved pet, previously in excellent health and high spirits, entered the vehicle and later emerged showing signs of injury and acute physical discomfort. This was evident by her labored breathing, persistent wheezing, and noticeable chest pulsations.

In a statement, the 29-year-old asserted that she swiftly rushed Nala to the vet, who was about a 15-minute drive from our location. Upon examination, it was discovered that the dog’s tongue had turned a bluish hue, her lungs were filled with fluid, and she had suffered neurological harm.

The lawsuit also mentioned, “This case is about holding responsible those who abuse animals in their care and shedding light on the lack of protections for pet owners and their beloved dogs and pets.”
