The sixth phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is rapidly approaching, with “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” marking a fresh beginning in July. Fans are eagerly anticipating this phase as Marvel plans to deliver fewer projects but with more careful attention to quality and engagement. On the small screen, we’re looking forward to “Wonder Man,” starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, which is set to premiere in December. Though we haven’t seen much footage from this series lately, Disney has recently given us a glimpse of “Wonder Man” in a 60-second sizzle reel, offering a sneak peek at their upcoming content for 2025.
Approximately 28 seconds into the video, Abdul-Mateen II’s character Simon Williams receives a foreboding warning to avoid a particular role. Despite this, the future Wonder Man expresses his readiness for it. There seems to be a mental toll associated with it.
It appears he breaks the table using just his bare hands, letting out a loud yell as chaos ensues. Gosh, let’s hope we begin to gather more details about Wonder Man soon since we are nearing the few-month mark. For now, all we know is that Simon possesses abilities and desires to secure a superhero role in a TV series, but that’s essentially it for the time being.
What Is the Release Date for Wonder Man?
This series will hit Disney+ in December 2025.
