Fox has unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming series, “Memory of a Killer,” featuring Patrick Dempsey and Michael Imperioli. The show will debut in January.
The film centers on Angelo Doyle, a highly-trained hitman played by Dempsey, who starts developing early-onset Alzheimer’s. As his memory fades, he begins to rediscover his morality. He joins forces with Dutch, a chef and friend played by Imperioli, whose restaurant secretly serves as a base for criminal operations. Together, they must safeguard Angelo’s family from a significant threat.
It’s best to keep some things hidden. Don’t miss the two-night premiere of #MemoryOfAKillerFOX, starting January 25th on #FOX and available the next day on @Hulu.

Angelo is incredibly skilled and capable, truly one of the best. However, he’s facing the biggest challenge of his life, and time is running out. Things become even more complicated when he begins to suspect his wife’s death wasn’t accidental. When his pregnant daughter becomes a target, it’s clear someone has discovered his secret life. Now, Angelo must track down whoever is threatening his family while continuing his dangerous work, all without revealing a serious medical condition and still managing to be a father.
The cast also features Richard Harmon as Joe, Odeya Rush as Maria, Daniel David Stewart as Jeff, Peter Gadiot as Dave—a police detective in town—and Gina Torres as Special Agent Linda Grant.
The television series “Memory of a Killer” is a production of Warner Bros. Television and FOX Entertainment. Patrick Dempsey joins Aaron Zelman, Glenn Kessler, Ed Whitmore, Tracey Malone, Cathy Schulman, and David Schulner as executive producers. Additionally, Arthur Sarkissian, Martin Campbell, and Peter Bouckaert from Eyeworks are also credited as executive producers.
This show blends thrilling action, nail-biting suspense, and heartfelt emotion as Angelo tries to protect his family while battling memory loss. The idea of a hitman dealing with Alzheimer’s is a fresh take on the crime thriller, making it a particularly compelling watch this winter.
