Okay, so I just got the scoop on They Will Kill You, and let me tell you, it sounds wild. Basically, it’s a total rollercoaster of horror, action, and surprisingly, comedy. The story centers on a woman who finds herself trapped in this seriously messed up lair – the hideout of a demonic cult – and she has to survive the night. Expect a lot of over-the-top kills and a really dark sense of humor. It’s promising to be a really bold, visually striking, and frankly, insane ride.
The first trailer has been released for ‘THEY WILL KILL YOU,’ featuring Zazie Beetz. Okay, so I just watched the trailer for this new film, and Letitia Wright’s character quickly discovers her job at this place called The Virgil is way more than she bargained for. Turns out, it’s a front for a satanic cult that picks a new person to sacrifice every month – and, predictably, she’s the chosen one this time around. But here’s the thing: she doesn’t go down without a fight. The trailer really highlights her determination and suggests she’s not going to be an easy victim, which is definitely intriguing.
The film stars Myha’la, Paterson Joseph, Tom Felton, Heather Graham, and Patricia Arquette. It’s the first movie produced by Andy and Barbara Muschietti’s new production company, Nocturna. They collaborated with Dan Kagan on production, and Sokolov and Alex Litvak (who also co-wrote the script) served as executive producers, along with others.
