The new series, based on Anne Rice’s The Vampire Lestat, tells the story of Lestat (Sam Reid) taking control of his own narrative. Annoyed by how he was depicted in Interview with the Vampire, he decides to set the record straight – by forming a band and going on tour. He’s joined by a group of powerful and ancient vampires – Gabriella, Nicholas, Magnus, and Marius, known as Those Who Must Be Kept – as they embark on a journey through time, space, and personal struggles. Expect raw emotion and intense experiences – this series won’t hold back.
Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of The Vampire Lestat in 2026, and the wait feels unbearable! Until then, many of us will likely rewatch the first two seasons of Interview with the Vampire to tide us over.
