New ‘Stranger Things’ Season 5 Clip Reveals Eleven Preparing for a Face-Off With Vecna

A recently released clip from Netflix shows Eleven, played by Millie Bobby Brown, training with Jim Hopper (David Harbour) and Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder). They’re getting ready for a last showdown with Vecna in the upcoming fifth season of Stranger Things, which will conclude the series.

The fifth and final season of Stranger Things will arrive on Netflix in three parts. The first two sets of episodes will be released on November 26th and December 25th, with the season concluding on December 31st. The Duffer Brothers, who created the series, are producing the season alongside Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen.

I’m so excited to hear that pretty much everyone from the old cast is coming back for the next season! We’ll be seeing Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Millie Bobby Brown, and all the kids – Finn, Gaten, Caleb, Noah, Sadie – plus Natalia, Charlie, Joe, Maya, Priah, Brett, Cara, and even Jamie Campbell Bower. It’s great they’re all returning; it really feels like the gang’s back together!

Amybeth McNulty, previously a guest star, will now be a series regular. Joining the cast are Nell Fisher, Jake Connelly, Alex Breaux, and Linda Hamilton.

Set a year after the events of season four, in 1987, the story follows the group as they try to stop Vecna after his actions tore apart Hawkins. Things get even harder when the military arrives and begins to pursue Eleven. As the anniversary of Will Byers’ disappearance nears, the group prepares for what might be their last stand against a terrifying enemy.
