New Star Wars Series from ‘Lost’ Writers!

A new secret Star Wars series is being developed that wasn’t revealed during Star Wars Celebration Japan.

What are the details?

A fresh Star Wars series is currently being developed (through THR), with Carlton Cuse, renowned for his impressive portfolio of Hollywood productions like ‘Lost’, taking a leading role. Accompanying him in this new project is his son, Nick Cuse.

No plot details are known as everything is being kept under wraps.

As a film enthusiast, I’ve had the pleasure of being associated with quite a few notable productions. From the action-packed adventures of Brisco County Jr., to the suspenseful investigations in Nash Bridges, the chilling drama of Bates Motel, the vampire-infested world of The Strain, the intriguing Colony, the supernatural thrills of Locke & Key, the high-stakes espionage of Jack Ryan, the heart-pounding disaster movie San Andreas, and even the pulse-racing short film Pulse – these are some of the projects I’ve been fortunate enough to be a part of.

As a cinephile and critic, I’ve always appreciated Nick Cuse’s work, particularly his contributions to the acclaimed series “Watchmen” and “The Leftovers.” Notably, these projects found a perfect collaborator in Damon Lindelof, a fellow mastermind behind the hit series “Lost.
