It’s clear that the small group seems to indicate the reappearance of the Sentinels, characters familiar to fans from their roles in the movies X-Men: Days of Future Past, X-Men: The Last Stand, and X-Men: Apocalypse.
From the video’s content, it appears that the Sentinels might make their appearance in the MCU too. Given the multiverse-spanning nature of Doomsday, there’s a strong possibility these Sentinels could tie into the narrative from the original X-Men series.
For those unaware, the Sentinels are formidable robots originating from the Marvel Comics’ X-Men universe, designed with a mission to seek out and eliminate mutants.
