New Details Emerge About the Possible Cause of Death of Tommy Lee Jones’ Daughter

I was so shocked to hear the news about Victoria Jones, Tommy Lee Jones‘ daughter. She passed away on January 1st at the Fairmont Hotel in San Francisco. She was only 34 years old, and Fox News Digital confirmed the sad news. It’s just heartbreaking.

San Francisco firefighters responded to a medical emergency at a hotel around 2:52 a.m. They found a person who, after being examined by paramedics, was pronounced dead at the scene. The fire department confirmed the details to Fox News Digital.

A 911 call recording obtained by People magazine indicated the emergency was a “code 3 for overdose, with a change in skin color.” This raises the possibility that Victoria may have overdosed on drugs, though authorities haven’t yet released an official cause of death.

Police in San Francisco were also called to the hotel. They arrived around 3:14 a.m. and are working with the Medical Examiner’s Office to investigate. The Medical Examiner identified the person who died as Victoria Jones, but the cause of death is still unknown.

Victoria is the daughter of actors Tommy Lee Jones and his ex-wife, Kimberlea Cloughley. The couple was married for fifteen years, from 1981 to 1996, and also have a son named Austin.

Victoria generally preferred to stay out of the spotlight, but she briefly pursued acting and appeared in a few films and TV shows. She even worked on projects connected to her father, such as Men in Black II, The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, The Homesman, and the series One Tree Hill.

She was last seen in public in 2017 at the premiere of the movie Just Getting Started, where she joined her father.

The investigation into Victoria Jones’ death is continuing, and officials say they will share more information as soon as the medical examiner finishes their report.
