New DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE Deleted Scene Shows Peter In Love

As a seasoned gamer and comic book enthusiast with a soft spot for the quirky and lovable characters, I must say that the latest addition to the Deadpool universe, Peter Wisdom, stole the show for me! In my humble opinion, he deserved more screen time to truly shine. The new deleted scene, “Daddy’s in Love,” is a delightful treat for fans like myself who have been eagerly waiting for more of Peter’s charm.

This is what we have all been waiting for. Deadpool & Wolverine was great, but do not get it twisted: Peter was everything. He needed more screen time to showcase more of his adorable, lovable, nerdy self. And a new deleted scene with Peter Wisdom gives us exactly that. YAY, more Peter!!

In a cut scene titled “Daddy’s in Love,” character Peter is strolling down a corridor accompanied by Loki, another show character. It’s possible that B-15, portrayed by Wunmi Mosaku, could assist Peter in finding the affection he has longed for. The rest of the scene unfolds to reveal what transpires, but let me tell you, Peter ends up expressing the title of the deleted scene.

In the movie, Peter shares the screen with Deadpool, portrayed by Ryan Reynolds, and is played by Rob Delaney, recognized for his role as Rob Norris from the TV series “Catastrophe.” At the end of “Deadpool 2,” Peter’s character meets his demise, along with other X-Force members. However, in a scene following the credits, Deadpool employs time travel to resurrect Peter.

Just yesterday, I got my hands on the digital version of “Deadpool & Wolverine” on platforms like Prime Video, Fandango, and Apple TV. And guess what? Marvel Studios is hyping up the physical release of this epic movie by unveiling some deleted scenes that will be included as bonus content! So, expect to see more of the action-packed “Daddy’s in Love” scene along with the already released “Elevator Ride.” Can’t wait to grab the DVD or Blu-ray version for a complete gaming-at-home experience!

The movie will hit shelves towards the end of this month, specifically on October 22nd. Extras such as the director’s commentary and blooper reels are included with the release. These physical copies will be available in both standard and Steelbook editions, each featuring unique designs for Deadpool and Wolverine respectively, in the format of 4K UHD Blu-ray discs.

The duo of Deadpool and Wolverine has amassed over $1.33 billion since its cinema debut in late July, landing it as the second highest-grossing film worldwide this year, trailing only behind Disney Pixar’s Inside Out 2.
