New Animated TMNT Short Offers Snowy Teaser

Let’s be honest, things can be pretty rough sometimes. But you know what always helps a little? Having some *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles* around, whether it’s a movie or a show. It’s comforting to think, ‘Okay, things aren’t ideal, but hey, at least those turtles are out there enjoying some pizza!’ After the surprisingly awesome *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem* last year, Paramount’s been keeping the TMNT spirit alive. And this holiday season, they’re bringing the turtles back to the big screen with a brand new animated short called *Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Chrome Alone 2: Lost in New Jersey*. I’m already looking forward to it!

You can check out a teaser for the short right here.

A new animated short will play before the movie *The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants*, starting December 13th. In it, the four main characters are unexpectedly sent on an adventure outside of Manhattan – all the way to New Jersey! The short’s story centers around the discovery that someone is making toys based on them, which the brothers find quite surprising.

It’s interesting that Donatello seems to be a supporter of AI. He actually defends ChatGPT, arguing that flawed results are simply due to bad input. This is ironic, because when I first saw the art style in *Mutant Mayhem*, I initially thought it *was* created by AI. It wasn’t, though – it just had that look. My apologies for the misunderstanding! Regardless, I still believe generative AI is ultimately problematic.

The new short film based on the *Home Alone* joke will include voice performances by Micah Abbey, Shamon Brown Jr., Nicolas Cantu, Brady Noon, Beck Bennett, and Zach Woods.
