Get ready for a new version of Sesame Street coming to Netflix and Netflix Jr. on November 10th! This reimagined show will be different than what you’re used to, inviting kids to participate more actively. For the first time, you’ll get a peek inside the iconic brownstone, and there will be celebrity guests, original songs, fun animation, and plenty of laughs. Each episode will be around 11 minutes long and designed to make young viewers feel like they’re part of the story. Expect even more comedy and playful moments too!
Sal Perez, the Executive Producer of Sesame Street, explained how the show will stay true to its roots while also evolving now that it’s available on Netflix. According to Perez, season 56 will immerse children in the stories, offering exciting adventures, valuable learning experiences, and plenty of humor. The show will continue to focus on important educational topics, with this season emphasizing kindness and compassion – qualities Perez believes are especially important today.
Netflix is launching its new version of Sesame Street in three parts. The first part will feature a guest appearance by NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace.
So, Sesame Street is moving to a new streaming service and getting a bit of a makeover? We think it will still be the same beloved show it’s been for the past 55 years.
