As reported by Variety, this popular mobile game will embark on a two-month adventure filled with tales from “The Mandalorian” and the Skywalker Saga films. The event has already begun to mark Star Wars Day, so dive into the competitive spirit of accumulating wealth and power in an epic space opera setting.
Scopely’s president of games, Victor Diaz-Roig, stated that when they integrated “Star Wars” into “Monopoly Go!”, their goal was to produce a joint venture that was visually impressive, story-driven, and full of exciting gameplay, embodying the spirit of both brands. They aimed to design an experience that felt fresh and surprising while still maintaining the creativity and artistic flair unique to “Monopoly Go!”.
To be completely honest, I’m not typically drawn towards mobile games. My schedule is quite packed, and when I do game on-the-go, my Switch is usually my go-to device. However, the constant encouragement from my friends about this particular game has got me intrigued. It’s been a while since I played Monopoly, but the Star Wars mashup seems enticing enough to consider giving it a try.
