Ororo Munroe, known as Storm, is a legendary figure with a rich history. She’s been a powerful member of the X-Men, revered as a goddess in Kenya, and even wielded an Asgardian hammer. More recently, she became an Avenger. Now, Mondo is celebrating this iconic Marvel character with a new line of collectibles inspired by her look in the X-Men ’97 animated series.
X-Men ’97 – Storm 1/6 Scale Figure – Timed Edition
A detailed new Storm action figure is available for pre-order. This 1/6 scale figure includes interchangeable hands and faces, plus lightning effects and accessories referencing the classic X-Men: The Animated Series. It even features different hairstyles inspired by the popular ’90s cartoon. The figure costs $245 and is expected to ship in August 2026.

Storm #5 (Timed Edition) Poster
As a huge comic and movie fan, I was really excited to see Mondo release this stunning print of Storm! It’s a beautiful screenprint of the variant cover for Storm #5 (coming out in April 2025), illustrated by Tran Nguyen. It features her classic look from the ’90s X-Men #1 – you know, the one Jim Lee designed back in ’91? While Storm’s had some amazing costume changes over the years (that punk mohawk was a moment!), this is the outfit most fans remember and love. It’s a timed release, meaning it’ll cost $80 and ship in March 2026. I’ve already put in my pre-order – you can find the link to do the same if you’re interested!

Storm Enamel Pin

Mondo is now offering a new Storm enamel pin created by artist Tom Whalen. The pin is 1.8 inches tall, made with soft enamel, and features silver metal with a silver clutch backing. It’s designed to look like the classic corner box art found on old Marvel comic books. You can pre-order it now for $15, and it’s expected to ship in December.
