In the trailer for Moana 2, we find our beloved protagonist, Moana, has matured, grown wiser, and is more eager than ever to dive into the ocean’s waves. This rekindles our affection for her character and the magical realm she inhabits. We can’t help but be charmed by the cute and lovable pig, Pua, who sports a pot-belly, and he seems torn between his desire to join Moana on her journey and the allure of a good nap – something many of us can relate to!
Ahead lies a turbulent sea voyage for Moana, as she bravely confronts the formidable Tempest of Tempests and faces various challenges en route, including fearsome coconut-dwelling creatures. Fortunately, she’ll be joined once more by her companion Maui, portrayed by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

Three years have passed since Moana (voiced by Auli’i Cravalho) and Maui (Dwayne Johnson) embarked on their epic adventure. Now, they’re reuniting for another grand voyage, this time accompanied by a crew of surprising seafarers.
In this movie, we see the return of some familiar faces like Rachel House (Grandma Tala from Moana), Temuera Morrison (Chief Tui, Moana’s father), and Nicole Scherzinger (Sina, Moana’s mother). Additionally, Hualālai Chung, David Fane, and Rose Matafeo provide the voices of Moni, Kele, and Loto, who join Moana on her new crew. Awhimai Fraser voices the enigmatic character Matangi, Gerald Ramsey plays Tautai Vasa, an ancestor of Moana, and Khaleesi Lambert-Tsuda gives voice to Simea, Moana’s cute and loving little sister.
