Miley Cyrus met up with her former Hannah Montana co-stars this week at a premiere event in Los Angeles celebrating the show’s 20th anniversary. The event was held at the El Capitan Theatre, and it happened just before the anniversary special became available to stream on Disney+.
Miley Cyrus arrived at the event with her mother, Tish Cyrus, and her boyfriend, Maxx Morando. The event also brought together stars from the popular Disney Channel show, including Jason Earles, Moisés Arias, Shanica Knowles, Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, and Cody Linley. David Archuleta, who guest-starred in a well-known episode, was also there.

I was bummed to hear Emily Osment, who I always loved as Miley’s best friend on the show, couldn’t make it. She posted that she’s currently shooting a new series called ‘Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage,’ which is keeping her busy.

The premiere also featured recent Oscar winner Rei Ami, along with Willow and Jaden Smith, country star Lainey Wilson, JoJo Siwa, Ilona Maher, and Dara Reneé. The event successfully combined cast members from the original show with new stars, demonstrating the lasting popularity of Hannah Montana.
The 20th Anniversary Special is being called a heartfelt tribute to fans. It includes a detailed conversation with Miley Cyrus, led by Alex Cooper of the Call Her Daddy podcast. Viewers will also get an exclusive look at Miley’s personal collection, see appearances by friends and other well-known people, enjoy surprise guests, and watch a live performance by Cyrus.
