It’s the debut venture from independent publishing house Burning Phoenix Press, established with the goal of showcasing narratives that delve into various aspects of Black womanhood in fantasy landscapes.

The anthology titled “Midnight Mystics,” edited by Sarah A. Macklin, is presently crowdfunding on Kickstarter with an objective of gathering $25,000 by July 27 to finance the project and compensate its creators.
