In relation to a case from January 2023, Catherine Baccas, deputy chief crown prosecutor for CPS London South, stated that after examining a collection of evidence, the Crown Prosecution Service has authorized the charges of two counts of rape, two counts of sexual assault by penetration, and one count of s assault against a woman.
