On March 18th, Channel 4 in the U.K. will broadcast a one-hour sequel to the original documentary. This new production, directed by Dan Reed (who previously worked on “Leaving Neverland”), will delve into the experiences of Robson and Safechuck as they’ve dealt with public reactions since their accusations were first made public in the 2019 HBO documentary. Instead of HBO, Surviving Michael Jackson will not be associated with it in this new production. This legal dispute was taken to arbitration and remains unsettled as of September 2024.

For more than a decade now, these two individuals have been pursuing legal action in their quest for justice.

Jackson’s estate has persistently refuted all claims, upholding his innocence. Despite numerous accusations that emerged prior to and post his 2009 demise, the music legend was never found guilty in a court of law for any criminal activity.
