Actress Eva Longoria becomes emotional as she donates $50,000 to aid those affected by the swiftly advancing wildfires in Los Angeles – this includes displaced families, first responders, and workers on the frontlines.

On Sunday, the actress posted a heartfelt video on her Instagram, expressing empathy towards those who had lost their memories and belongings to the fire. She further informed her audience that herself and her relatives were fortunate to have safely evacuated from the affected zones.

In her video, the actress expressed, “This week has been absolutely chaotic.” Additionally, she shared that the fires have caused immense distress to numerous individuals, including several of her friends who have lost much, such as cherished memories and items they had worked tirelessly to acquire.

The actress from Devious Maids also mentioned that she and her family were issued a warning, and the neighborhood they lived in was unsettling. Now, she’s offering refuge to people who were forced to leave other locations due to similar circumstances.

In her speech to her audience, Longoria explained, “I personally contributed clothing items, even depleting my own pantry, to all the locations accepting donations.

She continued by stating, “I will be donating to This Is About Humanity. They are offering a match of up to $50,000 for frontline workers and families affected by the fires. I will also be contributing an equal amount personally.

The flames were ignited on Tuesday, and nearly 30,000 people have been evacuated since.
