Reilly described the idea behind the outfit, saying it was inspired by a movie. She explained that when Adam showed her a sketch of Machine Gun Kelly’s look, it immediately reminded her of Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo + Juliet. She was discussing her work with Machine Gun Kelly’s stylist at the time.
The stylist was looking for a dress that was both timeless and reflected Megan Fox’s unique, edgy style. As Reilly explained, she wanted a simple, classic white gown, but with a distinctive flair that felt true to Megan’s personality.
The stylist told me the dress was perfect as soon as it arrived. Apparently, it was exactly what she’d been hoping for and she didn’t even bother trying on anything else! Reilly explained that the dress was designed to be simple, letting MGK’s metallic look really stand out.
