Julia Cicero (Nathalie Emmanuel), the mayor’s daughter, is caught in the middle of their ideological struggle, as her affection for Cesar complicates her allegiances, compelling her to examine the true essence of humanity and what our society deserves.
Indeed, it appears we now have a clearer understanding of the situation, and it certainly has an intriguing atmosphere. The movie poster, featuring Cesar holding a golden hammer-like artifact, implies a message of reconstruction and a brighter tomorrow.
