Mega Man: Dual Override Revealed At The Game Awards — Blue Bomber Returns In 2027

Capcom announced Mega Man: Dual Override at The Game Awards 2025, bringing back the classic hero fans have been waiting for. This is the 12th main installment in the Mega Man series and is scheduled for release in 2027 on consoles and PC.

The new trailer introduces Mega Man emerging from a bright teleportation portal, quickly followed by energetic, classic side-scrolling gameplay enhanced with updated graphics. You can watch it here.

What Is Mega Man: Dual Override?

Mega Man: Dual Override is a new action platformer game made by Capcom. It’s the first major new installment in the Mega Man series since Mega Man 11.
