Matthew Perry Death Case: Attorney Claims Actor Allegedly Relapsed And ‘Froze’ From Ketamine Dose Before Tragic Death; ‘Fell Back Into Addiction’

As a lifestyle expert with years of experience in the entertainment industry, I find it deeply saddening and infuriating to learn about the circumstances surrounding Matthew Perry‘s death. It is heartbreaking to see such a talented individual succumb to the dark grip of addiction, especially when it seems that those around him were more concerned about personal gain than his well-being.

It has been revealed that Matthew Perry, the beloved actor known for his role in the hit series Friends, passed away last October 28 under unfortunate circumstances. Recent developments suggest that he had an addiction to Ketamine, and it appears that individuals within his circle supplied him with this drug.

On Thursday, August 15th, it was disclosed by the authorities that the actor was reportedly deeply dependent on the named substance, contrary to his longstanding assertion of being sober for many years.

In a recent turn of events, US Attorney Martin Estrada has indicted five individuals in this case, among whom are surprisingly, two medical professionals. Additionally, during a press briefing, Estrada disclosed that investigations revealed Perry had slipped back into old habits by autumn last year.

At the press conference, Estrada pointed out that the actor from 17 Again unfortunately relapsed into old habits of addiction. Meanwhile, the five suspects knew exactly what they were up to as they exploited the actor’s vulnerable state for their personal gain.

He named Dr. Salvador Plasencia for giving Perry more ketamine than he needed.

In simpler terms, the prosecutor added that a healthcare provider had given the actor from “The Whole Nine Yards” an injection of ketamine, after which he became motionless and experienced an increase in blood pressure.

Instead, it should be noted that despite leaving the scene, he had previously given Perry additional vials of the drug to his long-term personal assistant, Kenny Iwamasa. This assistant was none other than Matthew Perry’s right-hand man, who ended up administering the lethal dose of ketamine.

Here, Plasencia and Jasveen Sangha, referred to as the “Ketamine Queen,” are identified as the main joint defendants in this situation, as they are both allegedly involved in the street distribution of a controlled substance.

They have been charged with one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine. Meanwhile, Plasencia alone has been charged with seven counts of distribution of ketamine.

Additionally, the healthcare provider is facing accusations for modifying and fabricating two sets of documents or records relevant to the ongoing federal probe.

Regarding Sangha, she has been accused of two offenses: one for managing a place associated with drugs, and another for intending to distribute methamphetamine.

The woman known as the “Ketamine Queen” is additionally accused of one charge for intended distribution, plus five separate charges, all related to the distribution, of ketamine.

After the allegations, Plasencia may spend up to 10 years behind bars for each ketamine-related charge and could face an additional 20 years in prison for each falsified document case.

Returning to Sangha once more, she now confronts a minimum term of 10 years behind bars in a federal penitentiary, with a potential maximum sentence of incarceration for life, as declared by the Department of Justice.

They pleaded not guilty on August 15, and their trials will be held in October.

As a dedicated follower of this case, here’s how I would rephrase it: Myself, along with Erik Fleming and Dr. Mark Chavez, who were Plasencia’s co-conspirators in this drug brokering incident, were also among those charged. However, we each opted for plea deals, just like Kenny Iwamass did.
