As a lifestyle expert with extensive experience in the entertainment industry and a deep understanding of the challenges that come with it, I find myself deeply saddened and concerned by the recent revelations surrounding Matthew Perry‘s tragic death.
Recently, there’s been a lot of discussion online about speculations surrounding Matthew Perry’s health status. What’s caught everyone’s eye lately is the reported amount he spent on Ketamine vials over a 29-day period. Given his past struggles with substance abuse, this revelation has raised concerns among fans and observers alike.
According to US Weekly’s report, court documents have accused the actor’s live-in assistant, Kenny Iwamasa, of spending approximately $55,000 on 55 vials of ketamine and numerous injections over a period of 29 days. This reportedly led to the tragic death of the Friends actor.
As a diligent follower, I’ve come across references in the articles that suggest my assistant was regularly requesting additional quantities of the substance nearly every day, based on the contents of the shared text messages.
According to the records, it appears that Dr. Salvador Plasencia, who is jointly implicated with Dr. Mark Chavez in the ongoing investigation, made several visits to the actor’s residence with the purpose of administering injections.
According to the news report, the documents allege that within nine days of unlawfully acquiring 25 vials of the material from his supplier, the aide allegedly bought another batch of 25 bottles at a cost of $6,000, also illegally.
According to the records, it’s claimed that the individual administered the actor with injections six times on that particular day, and over the following three days, he gave Perry at least 18 more injections each time. The source reports that on September 30, Iwamasa is said to have paid $4,500 for the drug. On October 2, it appears that his assistant requested eight vials of the substance, and that same day, he purchased ketamine lozenges worth approximately $2,000 from Dr. Plasencia.
On October 6th, as previously mentioned, the doctor visited the actor’s residence to administer the remaining vial of a drug named Iwamasa. It is said that he sold this vial, or more than one, to his assistant in cash transactions. Later, on October 8th, Dr. Plasencia allegedly sold two vials to Iwamasa for $6000.
According to the published report, it’s been claimed that on October 10th, a doctor administered a drug to an actor in a public parking lot situated in Long Beach, California, and gave his assistant additional ketamine vials. The assistant then texted broker/dealer Erik Fleming asking to purchase more of the substance. Fleming offered to sell 10ml vials for $300 and requested a $1000 fee for brokering the deal.
From October 13th through the 14th, Fleming delivered 25 vials of the drug to the actor’s residence. The assistant allegedly mentioned that these were to be bought for USD 5500, with an additional USD 500 charged as a “logistics” fee.
According to the article, on October 23rd and 24th, the assistant texted the broker about ketamine. The broker replied, “Are you requesting the same amount? Gather the $5500 promptly, and I’ll bring it over immediately so we can complete everything tonight.” It is claimed that he then drove to Perry’s house to collect the cash and came back the next day with at least 25 vials of the substance.
The actor received at least six doses of the medication over a period of three days, with his assistant providing them. On October 28th, Iwmasa gave at least three injections of the drug to Perry. Regrettably, Perry died on that same day, as reported in the newspaper article.
