As a seasoned gamer and long-time Marvel fanatic, I can hardly contain my excitement as I eagerly await the upcoming lineup of TV series from Marvel Studios! With my fingers crossed and heart pounding, I’ve been scouring the internet for any morsel of information about these highly anticipated shows.
Marvel Studios has just unveiled a glimpse into their upcoming TV series lineup with a teaser trailer that’s been leaked on X. The sneak peek offers first glimpses and premiere dates for a variety of highly-anticipated shows such as ‘What If…? Season 3’, ‘Wonder Man’, ‘Marvel Zombies’, among others.
Slated for release on Disney+ on December 22, 2024, we have ‘Season 3 of What If…?’ delving into additional alternate realities in the Marvel Universe.
Starting on January 25, 2025, you’ll be seeing the return of ‘Spider-Man, Your Friendly Neighborhood Hero’. In this new series, we find Peter Parker back in action, with Hudson Thames lending his voice to the character, while Norman Osborn, portrayed by Colman Domingo, keeps a close eye. The story unfolds as Peter faces threats from classic villains and encounters Symbiotes from outer space.
In Spring 2025, we’re eagerly awaiting the premiere of ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ on March 4. The heat is on this summer with the release of ‘Ironheart’ on June 24th.
By August 6th, the ‘Eyes of Wakanda’ will lead viewers on an enlightening trip through Wakandan history as they follow a group of brave warriors in their mission to recover vibranium relics scattered around the world, in a four-episode animated series.
In October 2025, we can anticipate the debut of ‘Marvel Zombies,’ a post-apocalyptic take on the Marvel Universe. The story follows Shang-Chi and Katy as they traverse a desolate landscape akin to ‘Mad Max.’ This series finds them engaged in combat with a Skrull biker gang, joined by Jimmy Woo in their fight for survival.
2021 will conclude with ‘Wonder Man’ airing in December, starring Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as the main character. Over ten episodes, we’ll follow Simon Williams’ turbulent journey, with notable appearances by Ben Kingsley, Demetrius Grosse, Ed Harris, and Lauren Glazier. Directors Stella Meghie and James Ponsoldt are at the helm of this production, bringing to life the compelling story of a struggling actor who becomes a superhero.
