At San Diego Comic-Con 2024, Marvel Studios took us dedicated fans on an unforgettable journey. As the Deadpool & Wolverine panel concluded on a Thursday evening, Marvel President Kevin Feige had an incredible surprise in store for us. Instead of wrapping up the event as expected, he signaled for everyone at PetCo Park to gaze upward at 9:40 p.m. In that moment, our eyes were met with an awe-inspiring spectacle: the sky was illuminated by a breathtaking drone and fireworks display, revealing the magnificent Galactus and the Fantastic Four logo dancing across the night sky.

At the drone spectacle, the famed cosmic devourer Galactus emerged in the dark sky above the San Diego Padres baseball arena. His colossal form hung there momentarily before morphing into the Fantastic Four emblem. This astonishing metamorphosis was accompanied by an impressive fireworks explosion. This surprising revelation introduces Ralph Ineson’s portrayal of Galactus as the primary adversary in the upcoming Fantastic Four movie.

In the upcoming movie, Galactus makes an appearance. This character was previously introduced in the 2007 film “Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.” Renowned for devouring planets to sustain his existence, Galactus poses a significant threat to the Fantastic Four.
