Machine Gun Kelly Responds to Megan Fox Split Reports With Instagram Post Calling Out Media: ‘Sources Haven’t Said Anything’

In a bid to dispel speculations regarding his romantic situation with former fiancee Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly utilized his first Instagram update of the year in 2025.

On Tuesday, January 28th, the singer of Emo Girl took to Instagram, posting a mysterious message amidst rumors about her relationship with the Transformers actor. “I wonder how ‘sources claim’ when those sources have remained silent,” MGK, aged 34, penned below two images displaying his tattoos on his bare chest.

Following the report by TMZ, it has been claimed (based on sources) that there’s no communication between him and Fox, with her due date fast approaching.

In 2020, Fox and the rapper known as Machine Gun Kelly (whose real name is Colson Baker) crossed paths while collaborating on the film “Midnight in the Switchgrass.” Their relationship became public knowledge after the launch of Kelly’s music video for Bloody Valentine, which starred her, in May 2020.

In August, Kelly and Fox announced they were in an official relationship on Instagram. They became engaged in January 2022, but they decided to take some time apart in February 2023.

Lately, following a series of ups and downs in their relationship, the ex-pair decided to part ways just a few weeks after announcing they were expecting their first child in November. Reports suggest that Fox ended their Thanksgiving get-together when she discovered text messages from Kelly to another woman on his phone, which were deemed inappropriate.

Fox is currently mother to sons Noah (12), Bodhi (10), and Journey (8) from her previous marriage with Brian Austin Green. On the other hand, MGK has a 15-year-old daughter named Casie with his former partner, Emma Cannon.

Following their breakup, People, citing an insider, reported that the pair could work things out.

The source revealed that their connection has had its ups and downs. Despite their deep affection for one another, they often clash due to their dissimilar temperaments. Both are passionate, impulsive, and strong-willed individuals. At their best, they’re fantastic together. They’ve parted ways before but managed to reconcile. It seems they might reunite again in the future.

Previous reports indicate that Fox has expressed readiness to raise her upcoming child alone, should she determine that this decision benefits both herself and the baby.
