If you’ve been waiting for the release of Lupin season 4 on Netflix, there’s cause for celebration as the new season is now set to premiere!
According to recent reports, the streamer has officially announced that filming for the series has started in Paris. Once more, we’ll see Actor Omar Sy portray Assane Diop, a skilled cat burglar and expert at disguises.
During the next season, Omar will be accompanied by Ludivine Sagnier, Antoine Gouy, Shirine Boutella, Soufiane Guerrab, Laiika Blanc-Francard, Theo Christine, and a few more cast members.
The series on the streaming platform has been greatly appreciated by viewers, with the past three seasons landing in the top 10, specifically at positions three, six, and ten, according to a recent article.
The program originated from the mind of French writer Maurice Leblanc, who initially introduced it in 1905. This captivating character proved to be a hit, leading Leblanc to produce nearly twenty novels and tales revolving around him, as reported by Cosmopolitan.
For those unfamiliar, the Netflix venture was established by George Kay in collaboration with François Uzan, as well as Marie Roussin, Tigran Rosine, and Florent Maeyer, according to Deadline.

According to the report, Edouard Salier, Everardo Gout, and Hugo Gelin will take on directorial roles for the upcoming season, while Louis Leterrier assumes the role of executive producer or showrunner.
