Lucy-Bleu Knight, Guns N’ Roses Guitarist Slash’s Stepdaughter Left Suicide Notes Before She Killed Herself

As a fervent fan and someone who has closely followed the lives of rock legends, this news about Slash’s stepdaughter, Lucy-Bleu Knight, hits me hard. I can only imagine the pain and sorrow that Slash and his family must be going through.

In July of this year, Slash shared the tragic news that his stepdaughter, Lucy-Bleu Knight, ended her life. Recent reports indicate that prior to this heartbreaking act, she wrote messages for her loved ones at a home in Los Angeles.

On July 19, Knight took her own life. A coroner’s report, made public on September 9, 2024, revealed that a stack of suicide notes was discovered on a side table in the main room, according to The Post.

According to a Page Six report, it was mentioned by her family that Lucy-Bleu Knight hadn’t made a previous attempt at suicide; instead, there were earlier thoughts or contemplations about such actions.

Additionally, the report implies that Knight may have been dealing with an unidentified psychological disorder, as her relatives claimed she exhibited signs of paranoia and experienced auditory or visual disturbances.

Previously, Lucy-Bleu Knight had been admitted under a 5150 hold, which, as clarified by OC Health Care, refers to an individual who is voluntarily confined due to a mental health emergency for a period of 72 hours.

As per the reports, the body of Knight was found in the bathroom of an Airbnb located in Los Angeles. She had reserved this accommodation for a duration of four days and her intended departure was set for July 15.

As a lifestyle expert, I’d like to share an interesting tidbit from a Page Six report. It seems that, on multiple occasions, the property manager attempted to reach out to me, and at one point, they even made an attempt to gain entry through the front door.

In a dire predicament and with no other recourse, he was compelled to dial emergency services. Upon attempting to gain entry, they detected a vacuum-like resistance. The report further reveals that upon eventually gaining access to the property, they spotted a handcrafted sign cautioning them about hazardous gas present on the site.

In my fervent enthusiasm, I couldn’t help but catch a whiff of some peculiar chemicals while retreating from the premises. Alarmed, I immediately reached out for help. Soon enough, the brave Squad 87 Hazmat Unit swooped in, uncovering lethal concentrations of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, cerium hydroxide, and sodium thiosulfate – quite a dangerous cocktail!

Simultaneously, a prescription for escitalopoxide (a type of antidepressant) was discovered in Lucy-Bleu Knight’s purse. Her cause of death was determined to be due to hydrogen sulfide poisoning.

According to the CDC, prolonged exposure to this gas can be lethal.
