Lizzo was the center of attention Tuesday night in Los Angeles. She attended the premiere of Paris Hilton’s documentary, Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir, and looked completely different. Her outfit and overall appearance were reminiscent of a Barbie doll, and she definitely turned heads, showcasing her noticeable weight loss.
Lizzo looked incredibly confident as she arrived on the pink carpet. She wore a fitted, light pink mini dress that showed off her figure, and completed the look with sparkling heels that shimmered as she walked.

Demi Lovato sat next to Paris Hilton, creating a very glamorous pairing. The event drew many famous faces from Hollywood who came to show their support for Hilton. Heidi Klum, Carmen Electra, and other celebrities were also in attendance.
The night was full of celebration, but many people were talking about Lizzo’s noticeable new look. This appearance feels like a moment for the singer to celebrate her success.
I was really struck by what she shared – she’s lost an incredible 16% of her body fat! She’s been very public about her health and fitness journey for a while now, and it’s inspiring to see her progress.
People have been following Lizzo’s progress as she’s added challenging workouts and new habits to her life. Her path to where she is now has been both complicated and very visible to the public. For a long time, she was a leading voice in the body positivity movement, encouraging people to love themselves no matter their size.
I was always so inspired by her! She was a powerful voice against judging people for their size and truly loved her body, even when she was dealing with serious health issues related to her weight. She built this amazing platform celebrating all women, especially bigger women, and showing everyone they deserve respect and to feel beautiful. But honestly, while she presented such a strong image publicly, I later learned she privately struggled with her weight too, which made her even more relatable to me.
I’ve always admired her strength. She presented such a confident image, celebrating her body, but it was heartbreaking to see how much negativity and bullying she endured online. It felt incredibly unfair that her health became a public discussion, constantly scrutinized by everyone. Lately, though, I’ve noticed a change in her message. While she still embraces self-love, she’s increasingly focused on feeling her best and optimizing her health, which I think is a really positive shift.
I’ve been following her journey, and it’s been amazing to see how she’s changed her focus with her workouts. She started sharing all her gym sessions – really intense stuff with heavy lifting and high-energy cardio. She made it clear she wasn’t just trying to lose weight, but to get seriously strong so she could keep up with the demands of her performances. Honestly, it’s gotten a bit of a mixed reaction from fans, but I’m really supportive of her prioritizing strength!
Lizzo’s weight loss sparked mixed reactions. While some fans felt let down, believing she was distancing herself from the body positivity movement she championed, others praised her for prioritizing her well-being. Lizzo herself has openly discussed these criticisms in interviews.
She’s always believed that body positivity is about having the freedom to make changes to your body if that’s what you choose. Her decision to lose weight wasn’t about trying to fit in with what society considers beautiful; it was about her health and being able to move more easily. You can really see the difference in her energy when she’s performing on stage now.
