In my journey towards a healthier lifestyle, I made a significant shift by breaking free from my daily Starbucks routine, where I was unknowingly consuming up to three high-calorie beverages each day – that’s about 1,200 calories! Now, I’ve chosen to eliminate coffee from my diet and instead focus on counting calories. This change has been instrumental in helping me take control of my nutritional intake.
The artist behind “About Damn Time” shared on TikTok that she’s been adopting the “calories consumed versus calories burned” strategy. She also revealed that instead of sugary breakfasts, she now opts for savory choices in the morning, which keeps her feeling satisfied for extended periods and apparently reduces fatigue during the afternoon.
Apart from discussing diet changes, Lizzo also talked about the positive impact weight loss has had on her psychological health. Previously, she used food, alcohol, and social activities as ways to manage anxiety.
