Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan is in trouble with the law again.

According to TMZ, a warrant has been issued by Florida authorities for his arrest, as he was previously taken into custody in Texas on charges of assault, potentially breaching the terms of his probation.

The warrant stems from a 2022 probation agreement in Palm Beach, where Lohan admitted guilt to five counts of patient brokering, as court documents obtained by TMZ show.

As a lifestyle advisor, I’d put it this way: After getting caught for receiving payments for patient referrals to a specific recovery facility, I was given four years of probation. However, my latest arrest appears to have breached those terms.

Previously, Lohan had been apprehended in the past month following an incident where he allegedly attacked his then-wife, Kate Major. The arrest stemmed from persistent instances of domestic violence within their family.

As reported by the authorities, Major claimed that Lohan had attacked her and forcefully ejected her from a chair several days prior to when the incident was made public. The deputies stated they observed signs of physical injury on her body, resulting in the detention of Lohan.

Nevertheless, Lohan alleged that Major had been implying he would report Lohan for rule-breaking during his probation for quite some time. Michael and Major tied the knot in 2014 but parted ways in 2018.

Lohan expressed to TMZ that Kate had been threatening to have him face violation of his probation for quite some time now. She allegedly utilized the unfounded charges against him in Texas as a means to carry out this threat.

In a communication with Page Six, F. Andino Reynal highlighted that Kate Lohan has a substantial background of crimes related to alcohol misuse and domestic violence incidents.

Reynal stated, “Kate Lohan had been residing at Mr. Lohan’s Guest House. Due to his concern about Kate persistently drinking, Mr. Lohan asked her to vacate. Subsequently, these allegations arose. It is believed that Kate’s claims lack support from reliable evidence, and it is anticipated that these charges will be dropped when the truth emerges.

Michael Lohan and Kate Major have had multiple legal disputes, often involving allegations of domestic abuse. Over the years, they’ve both been detained on numerous occasions due to their tumultuous relationship.
