Lil Nas X recently provided an important health update following a hospitalization due to facial paralysis on one side. He shared this news via social media, where he posted a video assuring fans that he’s currently in good health. On Instagram Stories, the multiple Grammy winner detailed his ongoing recovery process, explaining that he’s been working on exercises to relax his muscles. However, his eyes are still affected and not functioning properly due to the paralysis.
In the video he shared, the rapper turned towards the camera and stated, “I’ve been working on building up my muscles by constantly chewing, and it seems to be paying off.” Additionally, he mentioned that the right side of his face is showing signs of improvement.
The rap artist hasn’t disclosed what led to his health issue, yet fans have drawn parallels between Lil Nas X’s condition and Justin Bieber’s diagnosis of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome in 2022, as they both encountered a comparable situation.
Additionally, as he shared updates on his health, the rapper mentioned in the video, “Although my eye is taking time to adjust, I’m able to flash a sincere grin, which is great.” He further said, “I’m still giving a friendly wink to people.
