Recently, startling revelations surfaced regarding Liam Payne’s unfortunate demise in October 2024, as a waiter from CasaSur Palermo Hotel confessed to having used drugs with the singer before his tragic fall from his hotel room balcony.

In the documentary titled TMZ Investigates: Liam Payne: Who’s Accountable?, it is claimed that a 24-year-old Argentinian waiter named Braian Paiz reportedly spent two nights in the hotel room of the One Direction member, Liam Payne, in Buenos Aires. The allegation also states that they consumed cocaine and whiskey together a few days before the unfortunate incident occurred.

Paiz admitted to using drugs with the singer from Strip That Down but firmly denied any role in providing or dealing them. He also strongly dismissed accusations linking him to his death as a drug supplier. Speaking candidly to the media, Paiz clarified, “People claim I’m a dealer, that I transport drugs, that I sold them, and the reality is, no, no, I did not sell them.

According to Paiz’s account, Payne proposed money and a Rolex watch, but he refused and opted for a sketch that Payne drew of him instead. On the other hand, the waiter asserted that the hotel room was littered with drugs and assorted paraphernalia.

He recounted, “Yeah, there was. There was cocaine—there wasn’t even a lot of it, but we had some with whiskey. The second night too. The soap box and some aluminum foil was already there—drugs scattered everywhere.”

Paiz made it clear that he had accepted only the portrait drawn by the singer from among all the gifts mentioned earlier. To the media, he explained, “I didn’t receive or take anything else. I only received a drawing – a sketch of his interpretation of my eyes, nose, and mouth.

Five individuals, among them Paiz, are being linked to Liam’s deadly fall by prosecutors. Exactly one month following the incident, he was buried in southeastern England.

In the meantime, Braian Paiz continued to firmly deny any wrongdoing. He asserted that he played no role in providing the drugs and had absolutely no connection to Liam Payne’s unfortunate demise.
