Lego Fortnite Expeditions asks what if Fortnite was more like Helldivers

Someday, I’ll have the thrill of playing every single game within Fortnite! Just think about it, over the past couple of years, Fortnite has expanded its horizons like never before. It started off as a battle royale, but now it’s evolved to include survival crafting, rhythm games, racing games, life-sim roleplays, tactical shooters reminiscent of Counter-Strike, and even a PvE co-op action game where I can unleash my inner superhero!

Commencing on June 18th, here’s a sneak peek at the newest trailer for this mode. In it, you confront Daigo’s malevolent forces, navigating mission maps and saving civilians in cooperative multiplayer action with up to four players. You’ll get to traverse Lego recreations of several Fortnite Battle Royale points of interest, such as Utopia City and Supernova Academy, the latter functioning as your command center.

In this season’s Battle Pass, you’ll have the chance to pick from three unique hero classes, modeled after the original characters. Firstly, there’s the Shadow Caller, resembling Myst, who possesses magical powers for combat. Then we have the Hunter, inspired by Killswitch, who can swing around, lay traps, and attack with their weapon. Last but not least, there’s the Rift Ripper, emulating Lightrider, who harnesses Rift energy to move swiftly and inflict large area-of-effect damage.

Instead of having a separate pass, it will be linked with the current LEGO Pass in Fortnite, meaning you won’t need to purchase anything additional when the mode goes live tomorrow.
