Seven, released in 1995 and starring Brad Pitt and Morgan Freeman, is a crime thriller about detectives hunting a serial killer whose crimes are inspired by the seven deadly sins. Poltergeist, on the other hand, centers around supernatural forces that terrorize a family and kidnap their daughter from what seems like a perfect home.
