This exciting news was confirmed by the Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court to People magazine. Now, they have 30 days from their application date to officially become husband and wife. For quite some time now, I’ve been fortunate enough to call Jeremy Dufrene, the Louisiana boat captain, a friend. Our bond is clear for all to see on our social media platforms. As early as 2019, I shared snaps from one of his wildlife tours on Facebook, proudly declaring “Jeremy, let me be your captain at Arthur’s Air Boat Tours!” Fast forward to May 2024, I tagged him in an Instagram post with my siblings, hinting that he’s more than just a friend – he’s my “guy.

I had the pleasure of catching up with the lovely duo, Del Rey and Dufrene, last month at the electrifying Leeds Festival. In a heartwarming TikTok video shared by an excited fan, they were strolling hand-in-hand, making their special bond quite evident as Lana was gracing the stage as headliner.

On the 7th of September, Del Rey made their romantic relationship known when they accompanied Dufrene as a confirmed guest to Karen Elson’s wedding to Lee Foster, owner of Electric Lady Studios, in New York City. The gathering was also attended by notables like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce.

On Arthur’s Airboat Tour website’s bio, it is mentioned that Dufrene previously worked at a chemical plant. However, he discovered his true passion in the vast outdoors, becoming an airboat captain. Besides leading tourists through the untamed swamps and marshes, he also facilitates close encounters with native wildlife such as alligators, herons, and over 300 varieties of birds, according to his company’s records.
