Lady Gaga To Release New Single Disease On THIS Date; All We Know So Far

As a lifestyle expert with a keen eye for music trends and a heart that beats for pop culture, I must say, I’m quite intrigued by the latest developments surrounding Lady Gaga. With her upcoming single, Disease, set to drop soon, it seems we might just see another chapter unfold in the epic saga of the Born This Way singer.

It seems that we may still have some days to dance along to Lady Gaga’s music. The renowned artist and actress is making a return to the music scene with her upcoming single, “Disease”. This announcement follows closely after the release of her unexpected album, Harlequin.

Although the previous album didn’t achieve significant success, the upcoming release could potentially reignite Lady Gaga’s signature style, as suggested by “Always Remember Us This Way.

Additionally, though Lady Gaga has not made any formal declarations as of now, her record label, Universal Music, has set up pre-savings for the song “Disease” on a temporary site. As a lifestyle expert who keeps a keen eye on the music industry, I’m keeping my fingers crossed and ready to share the latest updates with you!

This website pops up alongside Spotify and Apple Music, and it’s been linked to Lady Gaga’s latest release. While news about her new song title emerged recently, fans speculated theories about it earlier this week after noticing that the capitalization of letters for several of her songs had been altered.

It was just a few hours before Universal Music’s pop-up site gained traction when Lady Gaga published a brand new playlist on her Spotify, rearranging the songs in an order that, when read, spelled “Gaga Disease.”

Last month, the Born This Way singer uploaded a post noting “XX October: LG7 first single,” hinting at the release of a new track in October.

This post even had dates for her Joker: Folie à Deux press tour.

Discussing the latest film, Joker: Folie à Deux, which had been eagerly awaited by many, the response from both viewers and the box office has been a mix of positive and negative feedback, with lower-than-expected ticket sales.

Simultaneously, Gaga’s Harlequin album, primarily featuring songs from the American Songbook, unexpectedly entered the Billboard 200 at position 20. This turned out to be her lowest chart debut so far.

The album “Harlequin” was influenced by a character from Todd Phillips’ film and Detective Comics, who is the romantic interest of Batman’s main adversary. In order to generate buzz for “Harlequin”, Lady Gaga posted a captivating video on Instagram.

Despite the modest success of the film and Gaga’s Harlequin, the songstress managed to find acclaim with her collaboration on Die With a Smile, which also included Bruno Mars.

Fortunately, the song made its entrance at the third spot on the Billboard Hot 100 in August. The last time we saw Lady Gaga dominating at number one on the charts was when she launched Chromatica, her characteristic studio album, back in 2020.

Disease will be released on October 25, 2024.
