Lady Gaga Shares Her Vision for Her First Encounter with Pattinson’s Batman, and Fan Reactions Are Divided

As a long-time fan of both DC Comics and Lady Gaga, I find myself intrigued by the upcoming sequel to Joker, with its unique take on Harley Quinn. While some fans may be skeptical about her portrayal, I choose to remain optimistic. After all, who wouldn’t want to see a fiery Harley Quinn going up against Batman?

Only a week is left before the premiere of “Joker: Folie à Deux,” the follow-up to the 2019 film “Joker.” In this new chapter, Joaquin Phoenix returns to his role, and we’ll also see Lady Gaga stepping into the character of Harley Quinn, two years after the events depicted in the original movie.

Since the franchise draws only general inspiration from the comics, Lady Gaga disclosed a few months back that her interpretation of the character will be distinctly hers.

The statement sparked a variety of responses among fans. Some felt strongly that if Lady Gaga doesn’t truly capture the spirit of Harley Quinn, it’s questionable for her to use the name. On the other hand, others are eagerly anticipating what she’ll bring to the role.

Lately, Lady Gaga had a chat with Jake’s Takes for promotional purposes, and her remarks once more ignited a wave of responses. When inquired by Hamilton about how her character might react upon encountering a man known as Batman, Gaga frankly expressed that her portrayal of Harley would likely torch him.

Hamilton: What do you think your Harley Quinn would say the moment she saw a guy named Batman.

Lady Gaga: She would probably light him on fire.

Hamilton: Quite literally, I really wanna see that moment to be honest with you.

Fans had plenty to say about this:

She’s certainly try to, but it wouldn’t end well for her

It seems that character isn’t really acting like Harley, which is unexpected for me. I’m mainly watching the movie for Joaquin Phoenix as The Joker. I don’t think this portrayal of Harley will be impressive at all, regardless of what others say.

There are so many people here failing to grasp the humor, I could use some assistance!

In my opinion, I must clarify that what you’re suggesting won’t transpire in reality, simply because Batman isn’t a character who dwells in the cinematic universe you’ve mentioned. The portrayals of Joker and Harley Quinn are more like DC Comics characters in name, not in essence or actions as we know them from the original stories.

This is going to be the most cringe movie of all time

It’s highly unlikely for Lady Gaga to cross paths with Robert Pattinson’s Batman character, since the sole version of Batman in their fictional world is young Bruce, the son of Thomas Wayne, who met a tragic fate at the hands of Arthur (the Joker) and his mother in the initial movie.
