Geoffrey Thorne recently shared with ComicBook that the character La Diabla was designed to offer opposition to Forge and Sage, as her alchemical abilities stand in stark contrast to Forge’s scientific methodology.
The creator aims to present a fresh lineup of villains, each equipped with unique abilities and motivations, starting with La Diabla. As X-Force learns more about her, so will the audience, but beware, she is no one to underestimate.
